2013 Suzuki Models First Look

American Suzuki has released its lineup of 2013 sportbikes, which includes an updated Hayabusa, a special-edition GSX-R1000 commemorating more than 1 million GSX-R models sold, and an all-new 250cc standard, the GW250.

The GSX-R 1 million Commemorative Edition has special graphics, a serial plate on the top triple clamp, red anodized fork caps, a red shock spring, black brake calipers with red highlights, and special pinstripes on the wheels. Additionally, a special key fob and single seat cowl are standard equipment. The special-edition model retails for $13,999, and production is limited to 1985 units worldwide (corresponding to the first year of production for the GSX-R750). The standard version of the GSX-R1000 is available in two color schemes, with a retail price of $13,799.

The Hayabusa has been updated with Brembo monobloc front calipers with revised piston diameters, and ABS is standard. The new system has its unit located under the fuel tank, and is claimed to be a lightweight, compact design.
