Mat Mladin has always said that when he's on the racetrack he's performing his job. In part five of OTT's on-going series we get to know some of Mladin's crew. Mladin then goes on to reveal his thoughts about his crew and how the "it's just a job" mentality trickles over to everyone on the team.
