World's Fastest DVD
The World's Fastest Motorcycle documentary, which aired to rave reviews on the Speed channel in December '06, is now available on DVD. The show dramatically covers the three top motorcycle streamliners in the world going head-to-head at the International Motorcycle Speed Trials by Bub at Bonneville in September '06. The 16-year-old top-speed record fell several times during the course of the event, and the final record wasn't set until the last five minutes of the week-long competition. The two-hour DVD, produced by Ignition3 and Chet Burks Productions, captures the unprecedented battle for the record from the inside. Helicopters, onboard cameras and cameramen assigned to all the key players bring the viewer inside the action. Bel-Ray has introduced a new 10W-30 grade of its popular EXP Semi-Synthetic semi-synthetic four-stroke motorcycle engine oil. The release coincides with new JASO MA2 certification; JASO (Japanese Automobile Standards Organization, which represents all motor vehicle manufacturers in Japan) revised its four-stroke motorcycle motor oil specifications in '06, splitting the original MA classification into two performance groups. Bel-Ray EXP 10W-30 is listed in the higher-performing MA2 group, which makes it suitable for motorcycles requiring either JASO standard motor oils, as well as all motorcycles calling for a 10W-30 grade lubricant.
