Motor Trend magazine, a sister publication at Source Interlink, has conducted its own version of car vs. bike. In this case, the magazine pitted a Ferrari 458 Italia against a Ducati 1198S at California Speedway's dragstrip and at the Streets of Willow road course. Steve Rapp, who rides a Ducati 848 for Team Latus Racing in the AMA's Daytona Sportbike class, rode the bike at the Streets, while Justin Bell, a former Le Mans winner and FIA GT2 Champion, drove the car.
