Ducatisti the world over will gather in 2010 for the return of World Ducati Week.
Ducati North America today announced the return of World Ducati Week, the bi-annual exhilarating celebration of Italian motorcycle culture. Now set for September 2010, the sixth World Ducati Week will be held as usual at the Misano Circuit on Italy’s scenic Adriatic Coast.
This marks the return of the highly-anticipated international gathering that brings Ducatisti and two-wheel aficionados of all ages together to enjoy the motorcycle event of the year. Although 2009 was to be the scheduled return for the bi-annual celebration, plans to hold the event this year were canceled late last year due to the economic downturn.
Special guest appearances...
Special guest appearances from the Ducati family of racers, including a possible appearance from Troy Bayliss, will definitely add some excitement to next year's event.
Held in Misano Adriatico, World Ducati Week 2010 will feature historic bike displays, custom contests, on-track action and plenty of surprises. These are but a few of the exciting activities planned during the four days of non-stop action for Ducati enthusiasts, be sure to mark your calendar.
Exact dates for the festivities will be announced shortly, as Ducati is awaiting the final 2010 MotoGP and World Superbike calendars to ensure that all factory team members and riders will be able to attend.
