hello

I´m looking for the aprilia rsv r `06 suspension settings, but I can`t see them in the web. ohllins front suspension , and shachs rear dumper . I`m thinking about to buy a ohllins rear dumper, but I don´t know if it is a good idea, and if the settings in that case are the same as the factory . thanks a lot

Own a 2010 Yamaha R1. I weigh bout 205 with gear. What settings should I have on suspension for hardcore street riding?

Hi

Thanks so much for this.  The Manfriend rides a motard and he's recently asked to borrow my GSXR600 (of course!) - I had adjusted my suspension ages ago to suit my 45kg frame and had long forgotten how many clicks I had turned it!  So this article has been most helpful in getting it a few clicks back for him

im 190 lbs , i have a 1994 katana 600 with 4k miles on it , i know shes still a baby was kept in my garage for the past 14 years or so , today i started messing around with the suspension settings and i came across this site as i was looking to see what my bike offers other then the spanner wrench setting thing and the knobs on top of the fork , sorry i haven't learned the terminology i think its the preload in the rear and dampening in the front...so i was wondering if you guys could tell me what a safe setting would be , i set the rear at max 7 and turned the forks up about 3 clicks clockwise from factory setting..i dont know how many clicks factory setting is , i didnt know which way to turn it and start counting from but its got 3 numbers on it , factory was 2 i set it to 1 going past 3..the bike feels better , the front turns quicker feels lighter and turns better, tighter corners , i looked but didnt see any screw for the rear dampener ,
